One of my favorite non-work activities is hiking. Even if I'm on a business trip, if I'm anywhere near the mountains, you better believe I'm packing my boots and Camelbak! I always say nature feeds my soul and my mind. When I'm out being "one with nature" I feel better, think clearer and feel refreshed.
